Payment is required up front so that we can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colors and the perfect packaging. Your payment will reserve your pick-up date too. Your order will not be placed on our calendar without the proper full payment.

Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed upon pick-up time, forfeits your order. But take heart, they will be donated to a family in need. Need to reschedule your pick-up? No problem. Please reach out 7 days prior to your pickup time.

We can offer refunds within 48 hours after the payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, we cannot offer refunds as your order has likely already been started. But the good news – you get the cookies. If the 48 hours have passed, you have the option to cancel your order in exchange for credit toward a future order. You may also opt to donate your order to our local police or fire department.

All orders are pick-up only unless otherwise arranged in advance. Delivery can be an added for $25 if you live within 10 miles of Santaquin, Draper, or Murray Utah.

Delivery and pick up times are set upon ordering. This is because other customers need their cookie fix, too! We prefer to arrange pick up as close as possible to your occasion.

Decisions are tough! But we’re here to help. Order changes can be made up until 7 days before your order is due. After that, all change requests must be approved by the baker and may require an additional fee.

We welcome your inspiration pictures to help us nail your oder. However, please realize that they are just that – inspiration. Your cookies may not be exact replicas, but we’ll try to keep it close.

While we can’t accommodate all last-minute orders, we will make our best efforts. Order requests with a turnaround time of under 7 days will require a rush fee of $25.

All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredient costs. We’re always trying to provide the best tasting cookies to our clients. This also means that we can’t honor old pricing (because the grocery store won’t honor their old flour prices – darn it).

We create replicas of client orders to photograph these pretty sweet looking treats. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let us know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with us.

Due to copywrite laws, copyright images (Disney characters, movies, brands, etc.) are protected, and we won’t be able to replicate those baked goods (who wants a cookie controversy, right?). We can make a similar color palette though so let’s talk!

Pictures are worth a thousand words, but they are not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you may end up with. Also, cookies in photos may not be true to size! Please specify the size of your cookies in inches when you order.

Once you pick-up your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your cookies, other treats, and car doors is all on you! Keep them safe, keep them cool, and keep them away from children or pets (unless you are purchasing for them).

To get your order just right, we’ll need you to reply to our messages within 4 hours – otherwise, we may just have to wing it. Questions for us? Please give us about 2 hours to reply – as we are usually covered in dough!

Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While we do our best to accommodate, we can’t always accommodate allergy-conscious orders. Please do reach out – we may have a perfect referral for you!

This order has been made in a home kitchen not inspected by the FDA. Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, gluten free.

While death will never do us part, you’re consuming food and with the consumption of anything, there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions are possibilities – albeit unlikely.

Boring disclaimer, but we have to say it per the law.

If pickup is dangerous due to inclement weather, your order will be heat sealed and frozen for a later pickup date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather; but we will make certain your order is kept as fresh as possible.

While we want you to love our cookies, if you are not satisfied with your order, please return all uneaten cookies within 24 hours so we can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. We will then determine if a credit may be issued toward a future order. Refunds ma be requested within 48 hours of payment ONLY when orders are paid in advance and the order has not been started. No refunds will be issued after 48 hours of payment.

If your order is more than 3 dozen cookies, additional time may be needed to complete your order on time. Please provide at least 2 weeks per dozen. Due to the custom work required for our cookies, we are unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to offer a solution that fits your budget.

Once you’ve submitted your payment for your order, you’re accepting the above terms. We thank you for your business, and will do our best to provide a truly sweet experience.

If there’s an emergency, please notify us and we will do our best to work with you.

If you don’t notify us, we will assume that everything is ok, and you will be picking up your order as agreed upon.
